Shipping Policy

nce your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

The following delivery restrictions apply:

  • Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders. To bill an order to your APO/FPO address, please Contact us.
  • Items purchased from the U.S. Doelick website may only be shipped within the continental U.S. and also internationally. 
  • Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location. 
  • Orders cannot be shipped to a Doelick store for pickup.
  • Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, fragrances may not be shipped by air. Please allow for additional time for delivery of these items. 
  • Orders containing fragrances and dĂ©cor products may be delivered only within the continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. 
  • Python and crocodile products may not be shipped to California.
If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please Contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
 
Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal and Amazon Pay may not be modified once the order has been submitted.
