    AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL NOTIFYING YOU THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
    AT THIS TIME, THE ORDER STATUS IN YOUR ACCOUNT IS "SUBMITTED".


    SOME ORDERS REQUIRE ADDITIONAL VALIDATION.
    ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN APPROVED, ITS STATUS IN YOUR ACCOUNT CHANGES TO "CONFIRMED".


    AS YOUR ORDER IS BEING PREPARED, ITS STATUS CHANGES TO "IN PREPARATION".

    WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY TO BE SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND AN INVOICE.
    DEPENDING ON YOUR PREFERRED SHIPPING METHOD, THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER CHANGES TO "HOME DELIVERY: SHIPPED" OR "CLICK & COLLECT: READY FOR COLLECTION".

     

    ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND AN INVOICE.

    THE ORDER STATUS IN YOUR ACCOUNT CHANGES TO "DELIVERED" OR "COLLECTED".

      IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE, THE DRIVER WILL MAKE A TOTAL OF THREE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS ON THREE CONSECUTIVE BUSINESS DAYS. FOLLOWING THESE ATTEMPTS, THE PACKAGE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RETURN TO SENDER.
