How is Doelick making sure its products are as safe as other products?

The majority of our store are now open to the public and ready to accept your service requests on site. Please note that we are experiencing longer-than-usual service times following our store reopening—visit or contact the store for further information.

 

Whats the longest a product will take to ship?

The longest wait time will be 10 days max, after that we will be compensating a refund within the 11th day.

Is every color the same as they look on screen?

Most colors are the exact same as they look on screen, the bright bright colors may vary.

When will I receive my tracking information?

process, once your order has been

Delivery. 

Depending on the time of the day you placed your order and the items availability, your order will arrive in 1-10 max working days. Express orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following working day.
Please not that orders for some products or countries may take up to 9 working days to be delivered. The estimate delivery time will be displayed during your order placement.

Doelick takes counterfeiting very seriously and takes legal actions against any persons, stores, or websites that sell Doelick counterfeit products.
